UNM contingent attends the South Central Topology Conference III at NMSU

Three current  graduate students and an alumni from our department attended the  South Central Topology Conference III held at New Mexico State University (NMSU), Las Cruces, NM on October 28-29, 2023.

Those participating were second year student Daniel Havens, new graduate students Gari Chua and  Alex Fritschi, and recently graduated Austin Bell (MS 2023).

Daniel Havens reports that ``The talks were more of an algebraic topology flavor than an analytic flavor, but there were still a number of excellent talks with plenty of good take-aways".
