To any finite partially ordered set (and more geenrally to any acyclic digraph) we may associate a finite 2-group. We had classified the posets (or acyclic digraphs) where this group is abelian, and we had obtained a list of allsuch finite abelian 2-groups arising in this way. 

In this talk we present additional results for the non abelian case.

In particular a complete list of 2-groups arising in this construction

will be described.
