Doxelo: Towards a Software for Processing and Visualizing Topology Computations in Doxel-based 3D+t Images

Abstract
Voxelo is a 3D modeler in which we can simulate different algebraic topological processes (computation of homology groups, cup products, etc) in voxel-based digital images. We design here the framework to extend our modeler for working with doxel-based 3D+t images. This new software will be called Doxelo, and it will be used for visualizing topological computations and for processing and compressing 3D+t images.
