In this paper we present a free computer algebra system, VOXELO, which was created inspired on some algebraic topological concepts, that allows us to work on maths from anew point of view. In fact, we will focus on the educational aspects of it, where topological concepts can be manipulated from visual point of view (notions as holes, cavities, connectedcomponents, projections, sections,...)
