Eugenio,

do not worry with this (based on your question I have thought that someone
else is preparing the schedule). I believe all is going fine. Victor,
Michael and myself are taking care of this. Victor has already send the
1-st version to all session organizers a week ago. We have already got
some replies. The policy is that the most actual list is in the file
  http://math.unm.edu/ACA/1999/Proceedings/Sessions.html
If anyone has some info not reflected in this file please inform Michael
or me ASAP. During last week we reduced number of talks with
non-registered speakers from 30% to about 20%, still 33 talks do not have
registered speaker. This is the biggest obstacle when we do not want to
have many talks cancellation, i.e. holes in the program.

Based on comments which arrived I suggest the 2-nd version
of the schedule (Internet is exchanged with Geom only):
--------------------------------------------------------
|Fri A | B | C | D | E |

Surely, I meant that all sessions which are second for that day are
starting after lunch, i.e. SNI&PSE and Toric on Fri, Demos, Robot, Spanish
on Sat, Efficient should start after the afternoon coffee break on Sat.

The problem with SNI&PSE is that one speaker is comming on Fri evening,
then also Robot and Spanish cannot be on Fri. I prefer not to move SNI&PSE
to Sun.

I have updated the Sessions file on the web.

Seems that not too many problematic talks remain:

						reg.no-reg.
Combinatorial and Computational Methods in 4 1 Casson-Nogus
9 Computer Algebra in the Spanish Educational 5 1 Perez
11 Demos of Computer Algebra Systems 5 1 Turino
12 Interaction on Physics, Number Theory & Com	6 4 ADAMCHICK
16 Toric Ideals and Integer Programming 4 1 Hosten

15 Teaching of Efficient Mathematics
A. Akritas & Gennadi Malaschonok
7 + 3 = 10
2. (Juan A. Aledo, Juan C. Cortes & Fernando L. Pelayo)
3. (Juan A. Aledo, Juan C. Cortes & Fernando L. Pelayo)
8. (Igor Gachkov & Kenneth Hulth)

I would suggest to move these talks to the end of the session if we would
not hear of them soon.

Current plan for schedule is:
--------------------------------------------------------

|3| | | | | |
--------------------------------------------------------

I do not know if we should try to modify it (there are quite big holes).
One think with which I am not happy is that Internet and QE is going in
the same time, but I do not know what to do with this.

I have tried to fine tune the schedule and my proposal is below. I believe
that there are no conflicts in it. It eliminates many holes on Saturday,
leaves only 4 sessions for Friday morning and finishes by lunch on Sunday.
There are not many changes, just shuffling which make the schedule more
compact.
