The columns of a matrix (1_n H) n x (N+1) normalized of the Grassmanian
G(n-1;N) corresponding to a n-secant space S_{n-1} or the normal rational
curve R_N in P_N have a very natural interpretation in terms of the
congruences
              x^{n-1+j} = p_j(x) mod f(x)
where the roots of f(x)=0 define the n support points of S_{n-1} with
R_N and each p_j(x) is a polynomial of degree smaller than n
(j=1,2,..., N-n+1).
