Session Description:

The session aims is to provide a forum for discussing new trends in
combinatorial and computational methods in algebraic geometry, in particular
their applications in outstanding problems like the Jacobian conjecture,
Embedding conjecture, Nagata's conjecture and Cancellation conjecture in affine
algebraic geometry.
